Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Domestic Quality Analyst to join our team at Hexaware Technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, domain expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 25 WPM typing skills and 90% accuracy.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening and empathy.

  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

  • Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Improve processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Active listening and typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
