Job Description

1. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
2. Check production output according to specifications
3. Submit reports on performance and progress
4. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
5. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
6. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
7. Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
8. Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
9. Organizational and leadership abilities
