Python3 experience. The code will need to adhere to PEP8 and with minor exceptions pass all `pylint` checks

Developing slack applications
AWS experience mostly using boto3

DynamoDB or MySQL depending on the backend chosen
secrets manager
lambda / lambda scheduling
jenkins / jenkins pipeline
ECS
