Job Summary:
The SAP Head is responsible for leading and managing the organizations SAP strategy, implementation, and operations. This role ensures optimal utilization of SAP systems across business functions, aligning technology with business goals. The SAP Head will manage a team of SAP professionals and oversee SAP project delivery, system enhancements, integration, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the SAP strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrades, rollouts, and support initiatives.
Manage SAP teams across various modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, S/4HANA).
Act as a key liaison between business units and IT for SAP-related requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for SAP-driven process improvements.
Ensure system stability, data integrity, and security compliance within SAP environments.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, and external consultants.
Drive change management, training, and user adoption for new SAP functionalities.
Stay up-to-date with SAP innovations and lead the adoption of relevant new technologies (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, S/4HANA).
Establish KPIs and regularly report on SAP system performance, project milestones, and ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
SAP certification(s) preferred.
Proven experience managing large SAP landscapes and teams.
Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data models, and business process integration.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations is must.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
