Job Description

We are delighted to inform you that we are hiring for few organizations for voice customer service and technical support. Though there are limited positions available, however, companies are still willing to hire suitable candidates. Please find below the job description.

1. International voice process: Any undergraduate/graduate with or without experience can apply. Applicant should have excellent comm skills and would be able to comprehend and answer international customers.

Location: Noida/GGN

Eligibility:-

1: Excellent command over English (Spoken & Written)
2: 12th Pass (minimum), at least 18+ years of age.
3: 12th School Pass out can also apply
4: No Age Bar
5: BPO or any experience is not mandatory
6: 24*7 Shifts, Majorly Night Shift, 5 days working, meals & both side transport.

*Compensation*Salary ranges between Rs. 15700 to Rs. 23600 in hand + below benefits
* Meal Card Rs. 1100 per month* Internet reimbursement till the time you are working from home Rs. 1250 per month* Transport Allowance (optional) once you are called to office Rs. 4000 per month* Night Shift Allowance- Rs. 150 per shift / day* Over time Allowance
*Additional Benefits**Medical Insurance (5Lacs)*In house training (Academy) after 6 months*Bi Annual Appraisals (for fresher)

Additionally, all rounds will be virtually so candidate should have a laptop/desktop with a wifi connection.

Initially, it will be work from home however, candidates need to report to office once situation resumes to normal.
