About Position:
We are hiring an Accessibility Test Lead to drive accessibility initiatives and lead teams in delivering inclusive and compliant digital experiences.
- Role: Accessibility Test Lead
- Location: Pune / Bangalore / Noida
- Experience: 8 to 12 Years
- Job Type: Full Time Employment
What You'll Do:
- Lead accessibility testing initiatives and teams
- Define accessibility testing strategies
- Conduct accessibility audits and compliance checks
- Drive automation using Playwright/Selenium
- Oversee API automation testing
- Mentor and manage QA teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders for accessibility compliance
- Promote AI-enabled testing practices
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong experience in accessibility testing and tools
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Expertise in automation tools (Playwright/Selenium)
- Strong programming knowledge (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Experience in API automation
- Knowledge of WCAG and global accessibility standards
- Exposure to AI tools in testing (Codex/Cline preferred)
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
