1. Have to recruit agents.
2. Build a team and handle agents.
3. Generate Business through them.
4. Coaching and preparing advisers

Required Candidate profile

1. Strong market and contact base
2. Decent communication skills
3. Presentable
4. Experience and knowledge of Insurance will be preferable.
5. Insurance agents can also apply if looking for full time job opportunity
6. Incentives Upto 50K Per month.
