Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Recognize that sometimes (If not most times) the simple solution is the best solution. Strong problem solving skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills, applying conceptual models, and recognizing patterns while drawing and defending conclusions.
- Familiarity with Google Gemini platforms & having writing experience is a plus
- Proficiency with search engine tools & platforms. Sound knowledge of general web technologies & Google Docs
- Identify opportunities that would help enhance the existing workflow
- Ability to handle
Following step by step process guidelines according to the defined Policies and Procedures
Procedural work with complex troubleshooting
- State Initialization: Log into various OTAs (Owned Test Accounts) and prepare the pre-existing state required for specific prompts
- Performance Annotation: Fill out detailed spreadsheets evaluating agents across dimensions such as Scope Clarity, Truthfulness, and Groundedness
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and categorize technical blockers like system crashes, login failures, or "frozen" states using the provided debug tools
- Prompt Iteration: Be able to create follow-up answers in response to the agents queries about the prompt and resolve prompt ambiguities
- Quality Control: Evaluate the aesthetic and structural quality of AI-generated artifacts (Docs, Sheets, Emails) against professional human standards
- Data Integrity: Ensure all test runs are correctly indexed (RT_promptid_#) and that all URLs (recordings/logs) are accessible and properly shared
- Protocol Adherence: Reset products between execution runs following specific setup instructions to ensure a clean testing environment
