Job Description

• Role Workplace Engineering Track Associate Responsibilities
• Receives proper handover from project to BAU
• Suggests improvements in the design/process to ease workflows
• Day to Day Support of Workplace Virtualization Production Environment
• Maintains High availability Load balancing of all core, leveraged, dependent components
• Conducts validation testing in UAT and change management to production
• Performs any short term projects that relate to existing system expansion or enhancement
• Escalates high severity issues works along with consultants from service impact to improvement plans
• Help develop automation capabilities wherever possible to reduce issues complexity
• Work with multiple teams to address complex issues under L3 Engineer guidance
• Troubleshooting basic to intermediate platform issues
• Troubleshooting user issues
• Ticket handling as per agreed SLAs
• Ensure Backup restore of workspaces per agreement
• Ensure policy controls security level on workspaces as expected
• Maintains improves customer experience satisfaction
• Vendor co-ordination follow-up
• Creates daily/weekly/monthly reports on system statistics, capacity, usage, analytics other metrics
• Perform all periodic activities Daily/weekly/monthly
