We are pleased to announce an exciting job opportunity at Corel Pharma Chem for the position of Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager, with a focus on both Domestic and International Marketing.
Position: Sales & Marketing Domestic & International
Location: Anywhere in India
Industry: Pharmaceutical (Pharma Excipients / Specialty Chemicals)
Experience: 215 years preferred
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA in Marketing preferred
Salary: Best in the Industry
Key Responsibilities
1 Distributor Finder & Territory Management
Finalize distributors for vacant Pharma/Cosmetic territories
Maintain progress & master sheets (Exclusive / Non-Exclusive / Customer-Specific / Direct Business)
Evaluate distributors: experience, financials, product range, team, infrastructure, conflict-free, dedicated personnel
2 Bimonthly Distributor Calls
Schedule calls & derive agenda from last MOM
Share agenda 72 hrs before, MOM within 48 hrs
Upload MOM/docs in CRM & update contacts
3 Distributor Annual Analysis
Track forecast achievement, volume growth, market coverage, pipeline, customer retention, promotions, data transparency, business growth
4 Deals / Order Due / Cases Follow-Up
Extract reports from Zoho Analytics
Send order due notifications reminder call conclude within 25 days
Record feedback in invoice notes
5 Zoho CRM / Books Management
Add new accounts, inquiries, projects, samples
Handle complaints & share with relevant teams
Manage pricing offers & approvals
6 Exhibitions
Evaluate & plan participation (stand sharing/independent)
Pre-upload payments/bookings; prepare booth 1.5 months prior
Post-event: create leads, follow-up, update accounts, upload MOM
7 Distributor Visit
Plan based on market potential & business volume
Collect agenda 15 days prior; log meetings & MOM
8 Inter-Dept Bimonthly Meeting
Conduct on 2nd/4th Saturday to review territory activities
9 Workdrive / Common Access Point
Maintain International Marketing folders & documentation
Miscellaneous
Support Design & Corel Common Access Points
Brochure review & social media marketing support
