Job Description
Location- Chennai/Pune/Bangalore/Kolkata/Kochi
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Implementing and optimizing database solutions using MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Developing and consuming RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and other services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., front-end developers, QA, DevOps) throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in development and production environments.
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of development processes.
- Staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance system design and development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Proficiency in MongoDB, including writing complex aggregations etc
- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Oracle SQL Knowledge is a must
- Good to have AI tools exposure Mainly Anthropic Claude
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Mongo DB Job description
- Proficiency in MongoDB Data Modeling
- Strong experience with MongoDB Query & Index Tuning, Complex aggregation
- Experience with MongoDB Sharding & Replication
- Troubleshooting MongoDB bottlenecks
- State-of-the-art MongoDB performance tuning capabilities
- Respond to incidents and ability to bring them to closure
- Ensure that the databases achieve maximum performance and availability
- Recommend and implement best practice
- Passion for troubleshooting the toughest problems and propose creative solutions
Angular 17:
- Angular Mastery: Proficiency in Angular 17 and TypeScript.
- Web Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- API Integration: Experience with integrating and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Testing Expertise: Experience with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, and Protractor.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
SMARTCOMM:
Expert in end-to-end document automation and output management using the Thunderhead/SMARTCOMM toolset, with a focus on integrating complex data models and maintaining robust repository structures.
Key Competencies:
- Document Engineering: Developing sophisticated templates, layouts, and Business Objects (BO) based on functional specs.
- Technical Configuration: Managing Thunderhead tool configurations and deploying packaged resources across dev, test, and production environments.
- Data & Database Management: Expert in SQL (DB2) for DOM Repository maintenance, including script development for document metadata creation and modification.
- Testing & Integration: Designing unit tests using Xray and validating API/web services via SOAPUI or Postman.
- Collaboration: Working within Agile (SCRUM/SAFe) frameworks to coordinate with designers, systems integrators, and support teams.
