Job Description
Key Skills: GENIUS product knowledge
Language: CLP, CLLE & RPG, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE
Database: DB2, SQL Server, STRSQL
Tools: Query400, MDCMS, RDI, MDREST4i
Responsibilities:
- Should be able to gather system and user requirements, build and maintain GENIUS modules written in CLP, CLLE & RPG, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE and test features before release
- Interact and work collaboratively with various stakeholders like Agile Dev teams, Dev Ops teams, IT Management
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Work in Agile teams to deliver stories and to develop product features
- Provide technical and domain thought-leadership, and mentoring to junior members of the team
- Review and approve software design and developed code
- Provide effective design/solutions for implementing product features
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Focuses on continual process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience.
- Resource should have very good knowledge of GENIUS Technical APIs and hands on development experience in working with CLP, CLLE & RPG, DB2, SQL Server
- Need to have experience in designing highly scalable software solutions and should have the skills to suggest improvements on functionality and system longevity.
- Resource should have good communication skills, positive attitude and intent to learn things faster.
- Knowledge of Agile development and Scrum process (desirable)
- Working experience in Agile projects preferably SCRUM or ScaledAgile methodologies
- Bachelors in Engineering.
- Candidate should possess good communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Experience agile projects preferred
- Exposure to tools such as Endevor
Shift: 12:30 noon to 9:30 PM IST
