About Role

We are hiring HR Recruiters for end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in HR Recruitment

Responsibilities

Sourcing candidates from job portals, databases & references

Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews

Scheduling and coordinating interviews

Maintaining candidate records and recruitment trackers

Requirements

Any Graduate (2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs)

Good communication skills in English

Interested in building a career in HR / Recruitment

Comfortable with calling and coordination work

Compensation

Freshers: 13,000 + Performance Incentives

Candidates with HR Internship Experience: 15,000 + Performance Incentives

Experienced Candidates: Up to 16,000 + Performance Incentives

Growth Opportunity

Performance review after the first 2 months

Salary revision from the 3rd month based on individual performance

Attractive incentive structure for consistent performers
