Job Role - Android Developer

Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Android Developer capable of independently managing development tasks, participating in requirement analysis, and contributing to technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently design, develop, and maintain complex Android modules.
- Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and clarification with the business team.
- Provide effort estimations for modules or use cases.
- Conduct dev testing and participate in code reviews.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to integrate and deliver features.
- Contribute to improving code quality and app performance.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Essential Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern design patterns (MVVM/MVP).
Experience with unit testing and debugging tools. - Understanding of security, performance optimization, and memory management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies; familiarity with Jira is an added advantage.
