Job Description
Job Title: Communication / Soft Skills Trainer
Quick Overview
- Experience: 1 - 3 years (BPO/Corporate training experience required)
- Location: Hyderabad (100% Work from Office)
- Education: Graduate or above preferred
- Shift: Ready to work on weekends / flexible schedules
What You Will Do
- Train: Lead communication, language, and soft skills training for batches of 20 to 50 new hires and existing employees.
- Coach: Spend time on the production floor monitoring live calls, chats, and emails to give agents constructive feedback on how to improve.
- Fix Performance: Analyze bad customer feedback (DSAT) to figure out why an agent struggled, then run small refresher classes to fix it.
- Track Growth: Run monthly knowledge tests, publish weekly performance reports, and flag any struggling trainees to managers early on.
- Interview Support: Help the HR team interview and assess the English language skills of prospective candidates.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent English: Perfect command over spoken and written English, including strong grammar.
- Classroom Confidence: Ability to engage a large room of trainees and keep them motivated.
- Tech & Speed: Good hands-on experience with Google Suite/Windows, and a typing speed of 35 WPM with 95% accuracy.
- Flexibility: Ready to adapt to changing business needs and work out of any of our Hyderabad office locations.
Salary & Perks
- Compensation: Up to 5,00,000 per annum (CTC depends on experience and interview performance).

- Free 2-way cab facility provided for distances up to 25 km from the office.
- Self-Commute Allowance: Get 5,000 per month extra if you choose to use your own vehicle instead of company transport.
