Technical Project Manager @ C5i

Own end-to-end delivery of platform releases, including scope definition, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.

Lead project governance activities, ensuring structured planning, tracking, reporting, and timely execution of milestones.

Facilitate regular project meetings by setting agendas, driving discussions, capturing decisions, and ensuring effective follow-up.

Maintain accurate project documentation including status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, and delivery artifacts.

Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

Act as the central coordination point between Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Governance, and Business stakeholders.

Build strong working relationships across multiple functions and ensure effective collaboration between technical and business teams.

Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at various levels, including leadership teams.

Ensure meeting outcomes are clearly documented, action owners are aligned, and follow-ups are completed within agreed timelines.

Build trust through proactive communication, ownership, and consistent delivery.

Support Product Owners and business stakeholders in translating roadmap objectives into actionable plans, releases, and sprint deliverables.

Track project progress against milestones and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and quality expectations.

Drive accountability across cross-functional contributors and ensure timely completion of assigned actions.

Coordinate with technical teams to support solution delivery, testing, deployment readiness, and release activities.

Support release planning, deployment readiness, stakeholder communication, and adoption activities.

Coordinate training, documentation, and communication activities to enable successful platform adoption.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance platform effectiveness and business value.

Promote structured change management practices across business and technology teams.

Demonstrate proactive ownership by anticipating challenges, identifying opportunities, and driving solutions.

Maintain transparency and integrity in project reporting and stakeholder interactions.

Adapt positively to feedback and continuously improve ways of working.

Work collaboratively across teams with a strong focus on outcomes and value delivery.

Proven experience managing BI, analytics, data platform, or digital transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery approaches.

Experience using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business users, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.

Experience coordinating delivery across data, analytics, engineering, product, and governance teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, risks, dependencies, and delivery tracking.

Experience working in enterprise environments with complex stakeholder landscapes.
