Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Master's Degree will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SolidWorks (3D).
- Strong expertise in automated assembly line design, machine concepts, and manufacturing systems.
- Proven experience in concept generation, plant layout development, and system integration.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Experience in techno-commercial proposal preparation, cost estimations, and project budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering design activities for engine and battery assembly line projects.
- Develop innovative automation concepts and optimized manufacturing layouts based on customer requirements.
- Review and approve engineering designs, layouts, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Lead technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive technical and commercial proposal preparation, feasibility studies, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate closely with Controls, Purchase, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
- Manage engineering schedules, deliverables, risks, and resource planning.
- Support supplier selection, technical evaluations, and design reviews.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality requirements, safety standards, and project objectives.
- Contribute to business development initiatives through customer engagement and solution development.
