Were Hiring | Telecom UK Process Voice (Core Night Shift)

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune
Shift: Core Night Shift (UK Process)

Role: Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via voice support (UK Telecom process)
Troubleshoot basic network/technical issues
Ensure high-quality customer service and resolution
Maintain accurate documentation and process adherence

Eligibility:

Education: Only Graduates
Experience: Freshers to experienced candidates can apply
Certification: CCNA (Training level candidates will be considered)
Excellent communication skills (mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of networking concepts
Strong problem-solving ability
Willingness to work in night shifts

Immediate joiners preferred
