Omega Healthcare is conducting a walk-in drive for fresh graduates to join our dynamic team.

Role: AR Caller (Voice / Semi-Voice US Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with US insurance companies to check claim status
• Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely resolution
• Identify and resolve claim denials, including resubmissions
• Maintain accurate and updated records in internal systems
• Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks

Shift Timings:

• 5:30 PM 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM 3:30 AM

Salary & Benefits:

• Take-home salary: 16,000 18,000
• 2-way cab facility provided
• 5 working days (Weekends off)
• Observance of US & Indian Government holidays

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh graduates only: BA, BCom, BBA, BCA, BE, BTech, BSc, BHM
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to work in night shifts and Semi voice process
• Strong attention to detail

Additional Requirements:

• Only freshers eligible (Postgraduates, BPharma, MPharma candidates are not eligible)
