Role Overview
Position: Claims Management Processor
Experience: Freshers
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: Night Shift (Both side cab will be provided)
Salary - 21000 CTC/ 16000 in hand
Location: Building No.04, 06, Gigaplex Estate Private Limited-SEZ, Gigaplex IT/ ITES Park, Plot no. IT-5,
Airoli Knowledge Park-TTC Industrial Area, Villages Airoli and Dighe, Navi Mumbai Pin-400708
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end insurance claims processing services.
- Review, analyze, and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and implement business solutions to improve claims processes
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and service level agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Comfortable working from the office.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduates from any discipline except B.Sc. IT and Engineering backgrounds.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
