Job role :

Manager have to- recruit agents from own network

                        -guide them to acquire business

                        -achieve the goal set by the company

                        -maintain good relationship with team members and customers

                        -handle the problems related to policies. etc.

 Age : not below 26 years.

Eligibility :

1. Agents from any insurance company working for at least 2 years.min no. of policy 20nos., with atleast one policy done within last  six months.
   Qualification: class 10th.

                                       Or

2. self employed person with high network and customers references. with min. 2 years entrepreneur experience
    Qualification: class 10+2th.

                                       Or

3. any marketing professional from any industries having sales experience of minimum 2 year.
    Qualification: graduate

Salary: 259500/- CTC annual + Rs. 3000/ per month TA/DA .
Plus extra incentive on business. Plus 22% incentive on self source business.

Target: 8 license in 6 months.

25000/- salary hike on every 6 months.

Special : job confirm from the 1st day. There is no probation period.
