Job Description

Eligibility
3-4 years of Telecom / Networking in Quality Analyst role.
Review and Coaching skills:
Attention to detail identify errors in work deliverables; ensure best internal quality of work
Provide day-to-day SME support to key processors
Coach people on improvement areas individual performance as well as process related
Data oriented understand trends in individual and teamwork performance e.g. error analysis
Identify innovative ways to improve team quality
Other Critical:
Demonstrated proficiency with written & spoken English
Minimum graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
You have a head start, if you also have:
Telecom / Networking experience
Managed large accounts for Australian clients
Respect deadlines and understand customer point of view on work product
Clarity of thought and Analytical bent of mind
Proficient on MS excel and PowerPoint
