Job Description

We are looking for CSE role for Pocket FM ( Bangalore)

EXP- 1 - 2 yrs

CTC- Max 3 Lacs

About us

Pocket FM is an audiobook platform for Indian Languages. We believe Listening is the new Reading and is on a mission to enrich the lives of people through the power of stories and knowledge in the books. (Audio is a $15B+ industry globally with unicorns like Audible, Ximalaya FM, China Literature, Spotify etc)

Founded by IIT Kharagpur and Kanpur alumni, Pocket FM has grown to 2M+ users with deep engagement of 90 minutes time spent per user per day. We are a Series A funded start-up backed by some of the marquee investors like Tencent, Lightspeed, and others.

Core Responsibilities:

Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the user experience with the company.
Analyzing the content and manage it for better user experience.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure that we are providing amazing experiences to our users.
Maintaining a detailed understanding of content and the product, assist users with their questions.
