Roles & Responsibility :

Conduct client program training and reinforcement training for new hires. Supervise agents through training and on floor support, offer and develop creative solutions and tailors training to specific audience needs in order to maximize training productivity.


Key Job Responsibilities :


* Responsible for the delivery of consistent high quality client training programs through embracing the Company's training methodology.

* Facilitate aligning to the training approach and adheres to the Company's onboarding, New Hire Training, and Operational support.

* Supervise agents through training classes and nesting / on job training and assists in the successful integration of agents into Operations
* Oversee agent performance management by evaluating performance and delivering Coaching for Results (CFR) coaching New Hire Training and Nesting.


Other Related Duties

* Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.

* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum Education :


Minimum of 2 years university and 2 years work experience or Bachelor's Degree in
Education, Communications or related field required


Minimum Experience:


* Minimum of 5 years of experience in International call center operations and/or prior experience in customer service

* Training experience minimum 2 years in International retail customer service industry (BPO) required
