We are hiring for the following position:

1. BRANCH HEAD-

Branch Head--Ex-Bankersretired from Public-Sector Banks from Scale 2 &above and not morethan 62 years of age.

Experienced Candidates(30+age)with Minimum 3-6 years of managerial & Sales experience in Banks, NBFC or any Finance Company,

Details Of Job BRANCH HEAD Profile:-

Handling branch team, guide them, train them for best customer services.

Target achievement of the branch and customer service.

Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch.

Handling HNI customers.

Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch.

Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.

Cost control.

Package :- Best in Industry +Incentives (Quarterly) +Product Incentives+Bonus (yearly) +Foreign trips (Based on Performance)
