- Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.
- Driving business targets through insurance advisors.
- Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity.
- Groom advisors for the next level of partnership.

Required Candidate profile

1. Must be graduate.
2. Minimum 1 yr of exp in insurance
3. Age is up to 32
4. Exp should be in Agency channel (insurance )

Benefits :
1.Attractive incentives Upto 2LPA quarterly basis.
2.Local allowance is 36k quarterly
3.Mobile allowance
