Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
To manage Pan-India Logistics operations and be responsible for Strategic & Operational Excellence.
To develop strategy roadmaps & budgets for transportation and ensuring alignment towards business goals.
To lead digital transformation of logistics operations to bring in real time visibility & optimizing transportation spend.
To implement and execute central warehousing concept for consumables for eliminating material wastages, optimizing inventory levels and improving parts availability.
To identify the opportunities for process improvements and develop a culture of continuous improvement in highly dynamic project environment.
To build high performance team, ensuring fair performance management and people development.
To ensure smooth and trouble free execution of Logistics operations including effective management of related formalities and documentation.
To interface with a number of stakeholders both within and outside the organisation effectively.
