Plan department/ section production activities monitor its execution for timely achievement of defined target

Monitor review daily production as per schedule and recommend strategy for resolution of production bottlenecks/ changeovers

Review section wise production reports and inventory status

Achieve production targets formulate action plan for productivity improvement

Ensure production is cost effective and make sure that products are produced on time and quality standard

Analyze machine breakdown line stoppage reports

Oversee plant administration general house-keeping
