What you should have:
- A completed PG degree with thorough knowledge of Home loan business ( 10 15 years experience)
- Experience across unsecured products would be an added advantage
- Experience in managing monthly loan accounting and relevant expertise in bank reconciliation
- Experience in managing vaulting / document storage
- A strong inclination to work with technology
- Strong communication skills (Written and Oral English & Hindi, any other language will be an added advantage)
- Attention to detail
- Results oriented, with a zeal to get the job done
- A customer-centric approach
- Ability to work on new projects in an unstructured environment
- Very strong Interpersonal skills
What you will be doing
- Ensure strict compliance to all regulatory and audit guidelines in process
- Managing end to end back end Operations for the company inclusive of loan disbursal process, managing repayment processes, carrying out due diligence with respect to KYC prior to sanction of loan, insurance remittance, reconciliations, etc.
- Adherence to all laid out process rules and laid down controls and ensure committed TATs are met consistently
- Coordinating with the branch operations team for completion of all pendencies with regards to disbursement documents, ECS/ACH documents, etc.
- Coordinating with vendors and customers to ensure smooth and speedy resolution of disbursal related queries / issues
- Coordination and management of geographically dispersed teams that are responsible for day to day operations
- Undertake resolution of all customer grievances and address all escalated issues
- Driving improvisation in the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission and goals - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence;
- Ensuring adherence to the laid down processes in operations at branches
- Management of periodic regulatory and statutory audit interactions
- Recruiting, training, developing and retaining the talent needed to accomplish high performance standards
