Conduct operational risks assessment in the process and propose mitigation actions
work directly with Migration Manager to understand the scope of incoming activities
coordinate with Manager - Transitions & Operations Stabilization (receiving side) to (a) prepare the department for receiving activities in scope (b) ensure that relevant KPIs are agreed and included in the service level agreement

3-year degree in Corporate Secretary-ship OR A Graduate with Company Secretary certification (CS)
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant domain/ functional work experience, out of which 3-6 years should be fulfilling supervisory/ management responsibilities, including people management
Working knowledge of performing Company secretarial tasks
Experience of statutory compliances and Registrar of Companies (RoC) filings
Organizing board meetings, preparation & review of meeting minutes
Review of Client administration duties, executed by team members
Filing of financial statements in XBRL format
Statutory and Compliance requirements of various forms of legal entities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) with attention to detail
Evidence of spearheading continuous improvement initiatives with evidence of outcome as value-addition. Six Sigma/ Kaizen certification is preferred, but not mandatory
Highly organized and with excellent personal time management
Hiring resources for the first 12-15 months, this workload will be high and will taper down to lower hiring involvement. Candidates will be trained on Criteria based interviewing techniques
