AProjectManagerisresponsibleforleadingandmanagingmultipleprojectsthrough

eachphaseofaprojectlifecycleacrossmultipledepartmentswithinaLineof

business.TheProjectswillbeoflowtomediumRisk,scopeandcomplexity

Consultswithbusinesspartnerstoclarifyanddefineprojectrequirementsand

businesscase,includingdevelopmentofastatementofwork

Developsandrevisesprojectplansandbudgets,workswithuserstounderstand

complexproblemsandfocusesonbringingissuestoresolution,escalatingas

necessarytomeettimelines

Createsanddeliverspresentationstomid-seniorlevelmanagementonprojectgoals

andplans,includingprogressreports

Mayberesponsibleforsourcing,negotiatingandmanagingoutsidevendors

Maymanageagroupofprojectsassociatedwithaspecificbusinessfunction

Responsibleforallstakeholdercommunications,includingprojectRisksandorIssues

Responsibleformanagingtechnicaldeployments

Responsibletomanageprojectfinancesthatincludesannualandmonthlyforecast,

invoicepayments,varianceanalysisandreporting

Collaborate&Workwithonshoreandoffshorepeerteams,vendorsandpartners

Skills&ExperienceRequired

Candidateshouldhaveatotalof8+yearsofExperienceinabankingorganization/s

Minimum4+YearsofexperienceincoreProjectManagement

Experienceinexecutingtechnology-Projects,predominantlyinSDLC/Agile

framework.ProjectsExecutedinBankingdomainisamust

GoodKnowledgeofindustrystandardProjectManagementmethodologiesand

frameworks,viz.AgileorWaterfallorSDLC

Goodinpreparing/developingprojectschedules,estimation,establishingmeasures

andmilestones,definition,scoping,trackingetc.

Knowledgeofmanagingprojectsthroughuseofprocesseslikeriskmanagement,

qualitymanagement,Issue/problemmanagement&Scopechangemanagement

Excellentcommunication,presentation&leadershipskills

GoodknowledgeofProjectmanagementtoolssuchasMSProjectPlan&processes

Experiencedinworkingwithremoteprojectmanagementteamsthroughdifferent

geographies

Musthaveexposuretooffshoredeliverymodels

AdditionalRequirements

CandidateshouldhaveMinimumofaBachelor'sdegreeorequivalent

PMP,PMIACP,CSM,PSM
