Job Description
Roles andResponsibilities
Responsible for driving Agile methodologies for delivery unit of a Strategic program. Ensure that the scrum delivery is happening within agreed timeliness with high accuracy managing communication with all stakeholders.
Make each scrum and scrum of scrums a success
Enforces the scrum process and makes sure that daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives are executed
Helping the product owner to maintain the product backlog in a way that ensures the project is well
Helping the scrum team to avoid or remove impediments to their progress, whether internal or external to the team
Facilitating team events to ensure regular progress
Coaching the team, within the scrum principles, in order to deliver quality valuable features for their product
Promoting self-organization within the team
Demand Management in Agile mode
o Receive, assess, record and priorities request from all levels of management and end users for data sets and reports from the BI Enterprise Data Warehouse.
o Develop and coordinate through BI specialists to develop and provide data, report and dashboards as prioritized.
o Identify, manage and resolve end to end to user experience issues.
- Ensure that stakeholders are kept apprised of the status of requirements and the scope of the deliverables.
- Manage JIRA entries for project and operational purpuse
Knowledge Management
o Create and maintain Knowledge management portal.
o Manage the BI communications to the business.
Must Have Skills:
- Ability to resolve impediments keeping the team from performing in areas like organisational issues, tooling issues, follow up on external deliverables, personal issues of the team
- Able to motivate the team to go the extra mile to achieve the Sprint goals
- Successful Track record as Scrum Master; Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Certification, PMI based ACP certification
- Proven experience as Scrum master using Agile Methodologies and deep knowledge and expertise working agile
- Excellent Experience in creating Burn down charts, backlog maps etc.
- Excellent Experience in continuous delivery processes and tools
- Experience in IT and/or Telco industry
- Analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Enjoys working in international multi-location teams.
