Qualification Desired : B. Sc. / B. Tech Chemical

Experience Desired : 8~12 year

Key Responsibility Area

Should be sound knowledge of operation system in PT Line and Powder Coating.

a To develop plan for maintaining quality, production, cost, delivery safety.

b Must have knowledge about paint process audit and standard requirements and improvements.

c Should be able to interact with customer for quality, production and process improvements.

d Should be capable to manage manpower

e Strong analytical skill

f Should be able to manage and upkeep paint shop equipment on day to day basis.

g Well versed about 5S systems, waste management, Paint shop preventive maintenance.

hShould be able to prepare SOP and work instruction for operators.

Personal Attributes

Excellent communication skill/ team management skill

a Basic computer skills, MS Windows, Microsoft Office
