Recruiter Posting and sourcing candidates through various Job sites, social networking sites etc. Preliminary screening/ short- listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement. Coordinating with the SPOC to know the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions. Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc. Follow up on the feed backs. Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
