Who you are
As Lotus Domino Specialist, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace, IBM provides an environment where you will be challenged and inspired every single day. What will you do
- Responsible for Lotus Domino V7, 8, 8.5.x administration and support
- Provide backup solutions Veritas, IBM Tivoli, NetBackup, Lotus Domino Administration, Antivirus Trend, Symantec, MacAfee, Email Archiving software
- Collaborate with other Middleware teams during application server related problems/changes
- Drive dedicated metrics and process improvement
- Monitor dedicated server alerts and sensitize them and resolve it

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Lotus Domino administration
- Experience in Domino version 9.1.2, AHS on Domino Server, DB2 Client Configuration, MQ Client Configuration, Domino Installation Wizard and configuration
- Ability to provide desktop and server support for computer hardware and software experience with Lotus Domino ND6/ ND7 / ND8 Server and ND6 / ND7 / ND8 Notes Client
- Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting, integration, and migration of Domino
- Working knowledge in monitoring, metrics and standard methodologies in a complex Domino server and client environment
- Proficient in Domino HTTP, SMTP, Clustering, Disaster Recovery, LDAP, Sametime
- Proven ability in network architectures and hardware platforms
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Working knowledge on AIX/zLinux/DB2 Server Administration,
- Proven expertise in MQ Server Administration
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
