HR GENERALIST (CONSULTANT ON CONTRACT) - MNC's NEW IT OFFICE, PUNE
(Prestigious Global MNC - Manufacturer of Medical Equipment) Role: A lower mid-management level HR Generalist & HR Business Operations Role based at Pune (New IT Support Office of a Renowned Global Medical Equipment Manufacturing MNC) - Reporting to Asia Pacific HR Manager (at Singapore).
Job Title: HR Generalist (Consultant)
Location:Pune (IT Office)
Gender: Either Gender, preferably Female
Qualifications: At Least Graduate, With Major In HR
Experience: Atleast 5 To 8 Years in HR Generalist's role
Remuneration:Decent Salary as per Industry Standards.
Job Responsibilities - Handling all matters relating to HR Generalist role, including the following
- Handling Employee Life Cycle (On-boarding, Induction, Asset allocation, Exit formalities)
- HR Operations & Employee Database Maintenance, including HRIS
- Drive and implement employee engagement strategy; Ensure alignment and delivery of consistent employee experience
- Talent Acquisition; and Recruitments Management
- Partner in implementation of talent management / career management Initiatives and provoke positive changes in the people management
- Employee Retention. Provide lead and lag indicators on employee concerns, attrition and correction actions to improve satisfaction & retention
- Employees Discipline, and Employee Grievance handling. Responsible for monitoring employee compliance to Company ethical standards and for employee discipline and grievance management
- Internal Committees Management (Sexual Harassment)
- Statutory compliances. Should be familiar with employment related Statutory Acts and local Labour Laws
- Training & Development
- Performance Management; Performance Appraisal
- Vendor Management
- Team Management
- Proactively ensures the delivery of HR Processes in the Business Unit and Region
- Participate in strategic HR Projects cross-functionally and facilitate HR process improvements for employees/ Businesses
Note: An urgent position - needed to be filled before Mid-March-2020 (On 1 Year Contract Initially)
