Job Description

Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.
- Driving business targets through insurance advisors.
- Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity.
- Groom advisors for the next level of partnership.

Required Candidate profile

1. Must be graduate.
2. Minimum 1 yr of exp in insurance ( Any insurance Agency
Channel )
3. Age is up to 32
4. Should not have gap more than 1 month.
