Wipro is hiring for US IT Sourcing Experience candidates with 2-5.5Years

Work Location- Building No 10, Cyber hub, Cyber City, Gurgaon

Shift Timing- 12pm to 9:30pm

Transport- 2-Way Cab provided

Roles and Responsibilities:

Filtering through applicants in Workday to disposition candidates appropriately, developing a short list of individuals suitable for interviews
This includes highlighting to Recruiters applicants who fit role based on job description
This also includes the disposition of unqualified applicants with appropriate communication sent to applicant
"Mapping" a market based on specific role and years of experience, at relevant competitor firms, as described by Recruiter Conducting research using online sources to identify relevant people moves in specific markets
Must have strong investigative research skills be proficient using LinkedIn and other similar business websites
Must have ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities
Experience operating in environment with highly confidential matters

**No domestic hiring/ HR Operations will be eligible for this position**

Education:

MBA or Finance Graduate

Experience Required:

Person should have background of US staffing and knowledge of US geography.
End to end recruitment experience required.
extensively worked on Finance and non-technical requirements.
MBA is mandatory.
Excellent written & vocabulary skills in English
