Business Unit Introduction:

Our Globally integrated IBM Cognitive Process Services team provides offshore, nearshore and onshore solutions to Client delivery service requirements across industries and geographies. With various streams under F&A (Finance and Administration) we excel in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash O2C) along with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Recruitment Process Outsourcing HR/learnings and Integrated Source to Pay Operations for our Clients.

Who you are:

As a Lead Recruiter is responsible for working with partners and providing customer happiness with RPO services. You will work closely with the client, IBMs operation management, and staff. You will define, develop, plan and implement sourcing strategies to provide a qualified talent pool. You will be required to participate in project management and recruiting experience to meet customer happiness goals.

What youll do:

  • Works with client Hiring Managers and business unit leaders to define, build and document hiring forecasts
  • Upon approval of a new requisition, work with hiring manager to set Service Level Agreements (SLA) expectations and requirements
  • Work within pre-defined recruitment processes while assessing that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and build standard methodologies to follow
  • Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing candidates and generating new leads
  • Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals as set by management team
  • Work in conjunction with the business head in the establishment of weekly/quarterly/yearly Global Delivery Center goals
  • Review, analyze, mentor and coach support teams to ensure recruiting goals are being met through a reciprocal approach
  • Utilize ATS to perform candidate screening (and other program tools)
  • Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent and resolve meaningful strength of the talent in the pool
  • Participate in client meetings at the direction of the Operations Director and/or Client Relationship Director to construct everlasting work relations that shall enhance strong customer satisfaction
  • Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated regularly

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment standard methodologies (preferably in ITES / BPO domain and handling Finance and Accounting requirements)
  • Experience in building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages
  • Demonstrated capability in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels
  • Expertise in partner management and strength to hold difficult conversations with them



Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Equipped with consultative instinct, passionate about recruiting instead of viewing this role as purely transactional
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) will be an advantage
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
  • Ability to manage change and be open to it good time management and an ability to work under stress.
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
