Business Unit Introduction
Our Cognitive Process Services (CPS) business provides offshore, nearshore and onshore solutions to Client across industries and geographies, with various streams under Finance and Administration (F/A), Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP/A), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) HR/learnings and Integrated Source to Pay Operations. Who you are
As MIS Lead, you will create process Management Information System (MIS) database and reports as agreed with the client such as daily/weekly/monthly dash board, EOM reports, Throwback reports etc.You are responsible to develop Advance Reports within Business intelligence Tools like Business Object, MSBI, Watson Analytics/Tableau as per Business requirement.

What you will do
- Generate Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports, Dashboards, Scorecards & Governance presentations on all business drivers including financial, People, Customer & delivery
- Roster and schedule employees based on forecasted transactions volume
- Provide a back up to Deputy Head of Section for task allocation and queue management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 3 years expertise on MS-Office suite and workflow tools, BI tools like (Business Object, MS-BI, Cognos or Watson Analytics or Tableau)
- Experience with respect to FTE Assessment and resource planning
- Ability to provide business intelligence and analysis to workflow / MIS manager
- Proficient in driving automation by creating/deploying Tools using VBA, Ms Access
- Expertise to create and maintain employee performance management system monthly incentive program, reward & recognition program, annual appraisal data
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Working knowledge to prepare Business review decks for internal and Client governance Deck
- Demonstratable ability about SQL or Ms Access database along with knowledge in Tableau/ Watson Analytics
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
