And if you relish the freedom to bring creative, thoughtful solutions to the table, there's no limit to what you can accomplish here.As Senior French Language Specialist, you are responsible for translate Trade finance documents from French to English and vice versa and process transactions, Provide translation to non-French resources, process different products in trade operations.
What you will do:
- Processing of Import/Export/Document checking trade finance transactions following the process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Initial scrutiny/verification of documents
- Retrieval of transactions from Filenet, validation of transactions, input/ updating of data into iVision
- Input data in filenet and forward for validation
- Creation of SWIFT messages and discrepancy notes
- Scrutiny / verification of documents. Authorize transactions (Validation of data in iVision)
- Ensure prompt error free/accurate transaction processing while meeting the prescribed turnaround times and service delivery standards
- Identify transactions as complex wherever applicable
- Create and send throwbacks Sending transactions back to the in putter for review wherever necessary
- Ensure adherence to internal guidelines, ICC guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Highlight to DHS any procedural modifications that may be required from time to time
- Participate and contribute in Continuous Improvement initiatives driven by Territory Manager

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in French Language as a Translator or Interpreter
- Certified A2/B1 French Language is mandatory
- Proven work ethics, maturity and leadership qualities
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Working knowledge of ERP environment preferred
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
