Our client is a well established ,technology-focused B2B loan marketplace and hold a PATENTED technology solution for channel partners. They set out with the objective of making the entire loan process better and transparent with the help of technology and have seen a steady growth since their launch.
The Job
As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will be responsible for :
- Creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
- Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, insurance and HR audits.
- Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks and employment contracts.
- Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application.
- The full spectrum of compensation and benefits function.
- Developing compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Working with internal stakeholders to develop programs that build talent pipelines of graduates.
- Managing hiring for mid-career roles.
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
- You have at least 2 years experience within a HR Generalist role preferably within a startup environment.
- You ideally possess solid experience in Lateral Recruitment and Graduate Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
