In this role,

Your role will involve providing quality services and resolve concerns efficiently and proficiently.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be able to utilize soft skills to retain and delight customers
You will be required to flexible with shift timings and weekly offs and work in a 24/7 Shift window.

Qualifications/Preferred qualifications

Minimum qualifications -Graduate/Any
Customer Service background
English Language proficiency
