Job Description

Role: Sr. Associate
Qualification: CA Inter
Work Location: Bangalore
Notice Period: 30 days or less with buy out option
Experience: 5 - 8 years
Salary: Upto 9 LPA (depending on an experience and Interview feedback)

Role & Responsibility:

Should have hands on experience in Transition.
Should have SOP writing experience.
Coaching, teaching, guiding junior team members Exp is required.
Book Keeping
Financial statement consolidation
Bank reconciliation
R2R
Good working knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP/UK GAAP
Assistance with financial audit and internal control.
Reviewing and preparation of annual statutory financial reports as well as monthly and quarterly financial report for clients.
Management of Bank accounts including preparation and review of payment documents.
Reviewing management accounts.
Tax registration and administration
