The Job

As a Relationship Manager, you will be focussing on Small & Medium businesses for adding accounts to our Current Account portfolio. You key responsibility will be to develop existing clientele while expanding the customer base. You will be required to be well versed with your client base, in order to forecast and take all necessary steps to avoid attrition and promote stable books. We believe in continuous development of both our business and our people, so you would undertake continuous self-development exercises.

The Profile

You have at least 2 years experience within a Relationship Manager role, within a Retail Bank, preferably in Current Accounts.
You are passionate about the Banking and Financial Services industry and are well versed with various financial products like - Treasury, Trade Accounts, FOREX, Transaction Banking etc.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a solid track record of exceeding your targets.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
