We are having an urgent requirement for ASM or Sales Officer.

Please find below the details:

Exp 1 Years to 10 Years

Sal 1.5Lakh to 3.6 Lakh + Plus Incentive

Location MP ( Leave Indore City) , Rajasthan , Punjab , Haryana

Job Responsibilities:

  • Based on the marketing plan development short term and long term.
  • Responsible to build the brand across the country.
  • Establishing distribution networks and to achieving desired goals by managing a team of professionals.
  • Manage the sales and marketing operations and accountable for top line and bottom-line growth.
  • Define and implement strategies for market penetration of Cattle Feed , FMCG and agriculture bio fertilizer. 
  • Planning & scheduling individual/team assignments to achieve goals. 
  • Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
  • Expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
  • Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales and marketing activities.
  • Identify and evaluate institutional customers and sustain.
