Executive - EMD @ AT Stroke

Job Description

Position- Executive- EMD

Qualification- BE-Mechanical.

Experience- 4-6 years in engineering maintenance in API manufacturing. The person must possess the following hands on experience:-

1. Execution of Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of plant equipment like Stainless Steel Reactors , Glass Lined Reactor , ANFD, Centrifuge ,Vacuum Tray Dryer, Steam Tray Dryer, Rotary Vacuum Dryer, Blender, Milling Machine , Sifter and Micronizer.
2. Operation and maintenance of the purified water plant.
3. Execution of Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance and operation of utilities like Boiler, Brine plant, chilled water plant, air compressor, Nitrogen Plant , thermo pack etc
4. Execution of Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of HVAC system and monitoring.
5. Preparation & execution of protocol related to Re-validation of Equipment & HVAC System.
6. Required good experience in documentation DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ.
7. Must have the knowledge of the safety, GMP and regulatory audits USFDA, MHRA, TGA.
8. Handling with the contractors.
9. Good communication skills.
