Job Description

This is Work from home opportunity till the covid pandemic subsides
Office location:Thapar Nagar / Shivaji Nagar
- Follow office workflow procedures.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Monitor office suppliesinventory and place orders
- Coordinate with all team members for regular update and maintain in CRM or Company Data Managmenet System
- Work with decision maker to ensure process flow
Desired Skills / Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to participate effectively in a team
- Has the ability to influence and drive best practice within an organization and with key stakeholders and leaders.
- Preferred but not mandatory with candidates who has worked in business development role with recruitment services providers.
Candidates Profile:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Capable of engaging
Laptop/Personal Computer Mandatory.
Week Days: All Sunday andAll SaturdayHalf Day
Gender:Female only
Timings:9am -6.30pm
Interview Process: Telephonic/Personal/Skype
The employee would be connected through Team Viewer with Head Office during office hours.
