Perform reference check.
Manage Background and Drug test of the employees.
Co-ordination for joining formalities.
Co-ordination for Salary and benefits.
Handle employee issues and grievances.

Requirements:

Must have excellent Communication skills.
Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
Good Team player.
