Position - Team Leader / Financial advisor

Jobresponsibility -

• Building a team of Insurance Advisors and Leader's.
• Identifying prospective Advisor's as per the guidelines of the organization.
• Activation of successfully appointed new Agents and ensuring their motivation to sell.
• Achieving the number of active Agents in his / her team as per the organization's targets.
• Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals.
• Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for Advisors.
• Identify training needs across the team.
• Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.
• Responsible for selling the insurance policy.
• Responsible for revenue generation and bringing new clients

Salary - As per Company norms + PF + gratuity + Medical benefits + Incentives + other benefits.

Qualification - Graduate and above ( HS Pass candidates are eligible to apply ).
